Fantastic waterfront stay
fresh selection helpful staff smiling staff
The breakfast buffet included a fresh selection. Different meals could be ordered for free. The staff were helpful at all times. I found the housekeeping staff were always smiling.

luxurious furnishings easy access wide variety
the furnishings were quite luxurious and created a beautiful atmosphere throughout the room. the location allowed easy access to nearby attractions and public transport. the included breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty options each morning.
the elevator was a bit slow and small and sometimes required a short wait.

the room had a comfortable bed and a small seating area. fresh towels were provided daily in ample supply. the bathroom included high-quality toiletries and a hairdryer.

high prices outdated equipment
I found the minibar prices quite high. A small bottle of water cost more than i expected! also, the gym equipment seemed a bit outdated. Some of the machines could use an upgrade. the lack of readily available adaptors in the room was a minor inconvenience though i understand it is a first world problem, i had to request one from reception, resulting in a delay for my device charging. it's these small details that i think could enhance the overall experience, particularly for international travelers like myself.

excellent location friendly staff clean room slow elevator scaffolding view bathroom step
the location was excellent. the staff were friendly and helpful. i appreciated the cleanliness of the room.
the elevator was small and slow. my room had a view of scaffolding with building materials outside. there was a step going into the bathroom that was not ideal.
